Sophie Jowett

Sophie is a string player from Winchester, Hampshire. As well as teaching at Tongwynlais Music Academy, Sophie holds the position of Head of Strings at St Johns-on-the-hill, Chepstow. She can regularly be seen performing across the country with a variety of ensembles such as the British Sinfonietta and Elisa Trio. She has worked with notable conductors and musicians such as Sir Roger Norrington, Carlo Rizzi, Sir Richard Armstrong and Sarah Chang.
